My Book's Beta

So I found Wattpad. Three years of scribbling down notes as I went through hell has inspired me to write a book. I put some draft chapters up.

My book has already been rated R for a raunchy section. I wonder if that will draw more readers or drive readers away. 

My book is titled White Coats, Black Lies; Subtitle: Medicine, Race and Reproduction: One Black Woman Doctor's Observations on the Unfortunate Trends in Creating Life and Families Drawn from Personal Experience.
